What's it like to be a doctor in China?

Here's your chance to find out with this super five-week summer mission program in China for pre-med or medical students -

• Reach out to Chinese medical students - most of whom have never personally met a Christian before!
   

• Share your life through facilitating conversational English classes in small groups (with discussion topics from food to family values), leading language games and songs, etc.  (Training and curriculum will be provided.)
   

• Learn about the practice of urban medicine in China
       - Shadow doctors and residents as they make their rounds
       - Have informal exchange with friendly hospital administrators

"Our American friends are all serious Christians.  To be honest, both students and faculty were at first concerned that our different persuasions would get in the way of exchange, or even result in some conflict.  But our worries proved to be quite unnecessary.  Although we hold different beliefs, we respected one another.  With mutual respect, our exchange was both enjoyable and inspirational.  It enriched our worldview and deepened our faith in life."
